My journey

I have struggled with weight gain and loss my entire life. I even went so far as to have surgery and I still managed to gain some of that weight back. Now I finally have a system that is working for me. I have lost almost thirty pounds since July. I don’t have any photos from last summer because I felt so self conscious I wouldn’t let anyone take photos. I still have at least another thirty to go but I am proud of my progress.
